We are Richard and Meri, two highly motivated, positive, and out-reaching people who are now self-taught podcasters. We enjoy meeting inspirational people and building knowledge. We have years of experience in industry, both from manufacturing, selling and administration of a business, and we want to be able to help people around us to be able to access the secrets and journey to success. Many people have a dream idea but don’t have the confidence or people to guide them.

Hi, I’m Meri - co-host on the podcast Meet Your Inspiration and business director.
Born and raised in beautiful Plovdiv, the oldest city in Europe found in Bulgaria, BA in Travel and Tourism and with over 10 years’ experience in Accounts Payable. Always been passionate about the people and their stories; their different and inspiring ways of navigating life and I never stop learning from them. In 2023, I had the great opportunity to start the amazing podcast with my friend Richard that absolutely changed my life. Here we’re sharing the incredible stories of ordinary people who become extraordinary and each of them are shaping and changing me in a very good way. I’m very excited for the journey and what is coming next, because the podcast proved to me that anything is possible when you put your heart in your work, believe and make the right steps, then the right path always opens up in front of you!
Outside work I love spending time with my family and friends, reading, walking and music is my therapy!

Hi, I am Rich, I am a professional engineer and entrepreneur. I run a business in the plastics providing equipment, technical consultation and training. I have worked in the industry for 35 years.
In 2023 with my friend Meri, we decided that we knew so many really interesting people, who should share their stories on a podcast. Then we had a light bulb moment, let’s start a podcast! Although neither of us had ever recorded ourselves on video, let alone completed any media training. We decided that we would have a go! After a lot of practice, learning the basics of recording, getting the right equipment and then basic editing, we set ourselves the task and of we went. Today we have over 70 videos recorded of some incredibly inspirational guests, and we are recording new ones every week next level.
I love to meet people and learn about their backgrounds, people are always so interesting, when you discover what motivates them and how they got to today’s moment in their journey.
When I am not working on my two main projects, I love to walk, especially by the sea. Enjoy simple photography, formula 1, eating great food, theatre and travel!
